Personalization & Customization

• There are different personalization & customization options available depending on the product ordered. Please furnish the details as asked, for the product being ordered. Details could include variations of furnishing - NAME, PHOTO & MESSAGE. "NAME, PHOTO & MESSAGE" refer to details to whom you are gifting the chocolates.
• Tailored MESSAGE would only be in black and white colour and would only be printed in English & Hindi languages only.
• Customers are required to share the details based on product selected, If a product does not have NAME / PHOTO option, users may not get the option to furnish the same.

Chocolate Box Variants and details

We mainly have 3 chocolate wooden box options that can be ordered - 6, 12 & 18. These have 6, 12 and 18 chocolates in them. Details of the boxes are as mentioned below

Chocolate Details

• Printed and wrapper chocolates are popular for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, holidays, promotional campaigns etc. They offer a personalized touch, allowing for customization with messages, branding, or thematic designs tailored to specific events or preferences. Chocolate details are as below
• Chocolates are pure vegetarian. Each Chocolate weighs approx 10-15 gms
• Chocolates used are Dark, Milk & White and vary depending on the chocolates ordered.
• Chocolates are available in different shapes - Circular, Rectangular & Square.
• Wrapper Chocolates - Customization / Personalization done on the box & chocolate wrappers. Wrapper chocolates have Fruit and Nuts filling in all the chocolates.
• Printed Chocolates - Customization / Personalization done on the box & on the chocolates and Tailored Message is included. Printed chocolates have no filling.
• Ingredients used in all cases are best in industry and have global standardization. Printing might be affected in some area in rare scenarios, the product is still good to go for consumptions.

Chocolates Shelf life and Related instructions

• Chocolates have shelf-life of 3 months.
• Keep them in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Temperature required is Upto 25 degrees & refrigeration is not necessary if mentioned temperature is maintained.

• Discounts are huge if customers opt for bulk ordering - 10 boxes, 25 boxes, 50 boxes, 75 boxes, 100 boxes and likewise.
• Food License - FSSAI approved.

Shipping & Returns

• Chocolates are packed safely to protect against any damage during the transit. Due to weather conditions we include cool gel and its not for consumption. We workhard to make sure that you get the chocolates in perfect condition.
• Shipping is FREE across India.
• Dispatch in 5-7 working days for non-bulk orders and for bulk orders dispatch is 10-15 working days.
• Yummy Chocolates is not responsible if there is any delay due courier part, we will surely try our best to followup with the courier and deliver at the earliest possible.
• There shall be no refund or order cancellation due to delay in shipment already in transit.
• Order once placed cannot be canceled or refunded fully or partially.
