Returns

If you find any issues with the quality of your order upon delivery, kindly reach out to customer care within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide a detailed description and photograph(s) illustrating the problem for assistance with a replacement. It's important to note that failure to report any concerns within 24 hours of receiving the product will result in ineligibility for a replacement.

Given the perishable nature of our chocolate gifts, claims submitted without proper documentation will not qualify for reshipment. Yummy Chocolates reserves the right to restrict replacements.

Cancellations

Order once placed cannot be cancelled since the further processing commences soon after receiving the order.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds.

Alterations

We are unable to modify customization details provided by the customer, including names, photos, or messages. Any changes to the shipping address must be promptly communicated to us after placing the order. While we will make an effort to accommodate such changes, we cannot be held accountable for delays or non-delivery resulting from such alterations. Yummy Chocolates bears no responsibility for typographical errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer. If the customization details provided by the customer are not accurately reflected in the product, we will remake and resend the order at no additional cost. Kindly be aware that as this is an edible product, slight discrepancies or variations may occur in the prints on the chocolates. However, in instances of notable damage, we will remake and resend the order.

Delivery Guidelines

We will dispatch your order to the shipping address(es) you furnish. Kindly ensure that you include a complete street address, recipient's name, and any relevant apartment numbers to facilitate accurate delivery. Yummy Chocolates bears no responsibility for unsuccessful deliveries if you provision an incorrect or outdated address or unavailability of your recipient due to being out of town or otherwise inaccessible. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for delivery delays beyond our control, including extreme weather conditions or general carrier-related delays.
